We understand that not everyone wants a coach, so we have developed this beginners program to get you going.

What you need to know BEFORE you buy:

• This is a beginners program and does not take into account your personal health circumstances. Please seek advice from a medical professional before engaging in physical activity to make sure you are physically fit to commence exercise.
• This is a beginners program designed for anyone wanting to learn to swim efficiently. You can complete this program in your own time and you don't have to report to anyone i.e. there are no check-in's with a coach.
• Once you purchase the plan you will receive a link from Training Peaks (usually within 24 hrs) to set yourself up. There is NO charge for registering on Training Peaks from the link we send you.
• Once you are set up on Training Peaks, your generic plan will be mapped into a calendar and you will have full access to this.
• You can start your training when it suits you.
• This is a non-refundable product once you have paid for the plan.
