$65 per week
This is a fully customised training program designed for you, the individual including;
- Seasonal periodised planning and goal setting
- Training plans delivered in weekly blocks using Training Peaks
- Weekly review of training and training data
- Unlimited phone communication during normal business hours
- Updates to plans if required
- Access to the Gold Room
- Price inclusive of GST
